You can spend 13-15 days to complete a tour starting from Lhasa-Everest-Kalaish trek, then return to Lhasa or overland to Kathmandu. The 52KM trek around Kailash takes 2-3 days to complete for common visitors. And best time to come will be April, May, September and October with mild temperature and less rain or snow.
